Frequently asked Insurance Questions:
“Do you take insurance?” The practice does not have a legal arrangement with your insurance. Instead, we use the side-door and submit insurance claims after your appointment.
“How do I verify or check my benefits?” Simply click the “Use Your Insurance” button you see floating on www.FindMindful.com. Input your insurance info. Reimbursify will send you a report; we also get a copy.
“How do I get scheduled?” Everyone completes an Intake form (it helps us make sure we’re the best fit for you.) Click here: https://intakeq.com/new/5ykj75
“Can you go back and submit claims for me?” Yup! Once you sign the consent form, we’ll go retro-submit superbills for all your appointments since the start of the current calendar year. If you need previous years’ superbills, they are already in OnPatient for you.
“How much will I get back?” Remember: insurances love keeping your money so read your plan carefully and follow up directly with www.Reimbursify.com if you have questions.
“Can I just pay my co-pay?” Co-pays are for physicians “in-network.” Since our physicians are “out of network”, you’ll pay their fee upfront which generates the “superbill”. Once you sign consent, we file the superbill directly with Reimbursify as a courtesy to you.
